Does House of Wellness ship Internationally?
Yes, House of Wellness ships internationally. International customers are able to choose their own form of shipping. Due to the Customs handling processes, some customers may experience delayed deliveries.
Does House of Wellness ship to APO/FPO/ and DPO Military Addresses?
House of Wellness does offer APO/FPO and DPO Military shipping.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
Please be sure to provide the precise street address/P.O. box, city, state, and zip code information. Remember to completely enter everything in your address. This will help to prevent any errors in shipping.
You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in the address confirmation step of the check-out process.
I put the wrong address on my package and it got returned to the shipping address, What should I do?
House of Wellness is not responsible for mail that is returned due to incorrect shipping information entered by the purchaser. You will not receive a refund but you can receive store credit minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges once the item is received.
I was unable to pick my package up from the address I provided. If it was "returned to sender" can I get a refund or can the order get reshipped to me?
You are responsible for making sure that you are available to pick your order up once your order has arrived to the shipping address provided by you. If your order is "returned to sender" and received unopened within 7 days after the "delivered" date, you may receive a refund less the cost of shipping for House of Wellness or you may opt to have the order reshipped to you at your expense.
When will I receive my tracking information?
You will receive your tracking information 48-72 hours via email or phone after your order is completed and processed. You may check for updates, locations and etc. through the link provided with your tracking number.
My tracking number says delivered but I don't have my package. What do I do?
If your tracking says "delivered", check the tracking link again to see where exactly your order has been delivered (ie. Front Door, Porch, Parcel Locker, Front Desk/Reception). After doing this, if your items still have not been delivered, please contact the courier service associated with your tracking link.
My package was stolen. What do I do?
We are not responsible for stolen packages. You will need to fill a claim with your courier and they can provide you with the necessary steps to take. We also recommend adding “Signature Confirmation” if there is a likelihood that your package may be stolen.
Do I have to add “Signature Required” to my order?
If you opt out of adding “Signature Required”, House of Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and a refund and/or replacement order will not be issued.
There was something wrong, missing, broken, obviously tampered with or opened in my order, what should I do?
Please inform us within 72 hours of receiving your order so that we can help rectify the issue and the proper complaints and actions can be filed and taken with the proper courier.
Quality is one of our number one priorities. To ensure that your candles get to you as quickly as possible and without melting. We will only ship Monday through Thursday. Any orders placed after 2pm on Thursday's and through the weekend will ship out the upcoming Monday.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout
We entrust couriers to deliver your package(s) on time. If your package(s) is delayed, House of Wellness does not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
All products purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes on to you upon delivery to the courier.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your cart at checkout.
For International orders, you may choose your preferred shipping courier and options.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. House of Wellness is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen shipments.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). Orders placed after 1 PM (PST) or over the weekend will process the next business day, this includes orders with expedited shipping. Orders take up to 24-48 hours to process and ship (Monday through Friday). High volume periods (such as Holidays, sales, etc.) may experience a delay in standard processing times prior to shipping. Please see the Holiday Closure schedule below.
If an expedited delivery is chosen, and the order is placed before 1 PM (PST) Monday through Friday, the order will be prioritized and will be delivered within the expected processing/shipping timeframe.
When your order ships you will receive an email or phone confirmation with your tracking number.
Once an order ships, we are unable to update delivery addresses or timing of delivery. Severe weather conditions during transit may cause delays in delivery.
In observance of the following holidays, House of Wellness will be closed on the days listed below. Orders will begin processing the next business day. This includes any order with expedited shipping.
