DIRECTIONS: Externally apply 20-30 drops to chest, throat, back of neck and in between the shoulder blades where the lungs are located or to desired area of needed relief. Massage oil into areas. Apply as needed. *not for oral consumption 

Respiratory & Immune support & recovery: Use everyday. (Suggested use is twice daily, morning & night)
Apply 20-30 drops daily to chest, throat, back of neck and in between the shoulder blades where the lungs are located. Massage in. You can even apply to the bottom of your feet as well. 

Pain etc: Apply needed amount to area of relief. 

For Ear Infection Relief: Rub a few drops behind the back lower ear lobe and massage in down towards the neck.
